INL was created by leading expert in Naturopathy and Functional Medicine, Graeme Bradshaw. Naturopath & Homeopath with over 30 years of clinical experience, specialized in treating chronic health conditions through a holistic approach, he was the first full-time naturopath to practice in Hong Kong, and continues to pioneer integrative healthcare. 

INL's mission at its humble beginnings in the early 2000s was to initially serve IMI, one of Hong Kong's largest functional and naturopathic medicine clinics. Like any busy clinic, IMI had struggled with the workload of importing and storing, as well as labelling and making the many products needed for a great dispensary legally compliant. 

INL’s vision was then simple: become the best procurement partner, to allow IMI’s team of practitioners to do what they do best, healing. To achieve this ambition, INL procured a broad range, refined by clinical experience over two decades. 

Our vision and mission then naturally broadened to support many more practitioners and clinics. Our story and how INL evolved is what makes our team understand our customers’ challenges. Led by practitioners, for practitioners.

PASSION IN PROCUREMENT

The INL range truly represents the best clinical products in brand ranges available for practitioners and retailers from around the globe. Our team is passionate about procurement; our range only includes the brands and products we genuinely believe in. 

Our range has therapeutic levels of ingredients; the botanicals are usually concentrated or standardised for potency, thus they are properly called nutraceuticals. Our brands test the incoming ingredients, retest all batches for label accuracy, bacterial count, pesticides, and other impurities, and minimise excipients. Retail ranges fail in most of these features. 

When possible, we source exclusively from government-licensed suppliers, where manufacturing processes are held to the highest standards and can never be compromised. Graeme has also personally visited the manufacturers’ facilities to ensure all claims about quality and manufacturing practices hold true.
