To enjoy the wholesale price, we ask clients to buy in bulk. We are able to supply products at wholesale price because of this and request a minimum order of HK$2,000. Please note that INL reserve the right to change prices and discounts without prior notice.
Order received with payment successfully processed before 12pm noon during a business day, it will be delivery to your address within the next two business day excepting weekends or public holidays. We are unable to deliver to PO Box.
INL will consider reimbursement of faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods. INL must be advised of any damaged or incorrect items within 2 working days of delivery.
If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents. It is recommended that you photograph the box on arrival, and send a digital copy to our firstname.lastname@example.org, then call us at (852) 2525 2507 as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the situation as expeditiously as possible. INL will not accept return after 3 working days.
INL guarantees the quality of all its products. We may accept returns due to quality-related issues after an evaluation from our representative. Once return authorization is given, the product must be returned within 10 business days
We are careful to keep your credit card records secure in a safe or behind an electronic firewall. INL will not share any of your personal details with any other party; for example, for any third-party marketing purposes
INL clients agree will sell the products purchased for customer but they will not be sold below the Suggested Selling Price (SSP) on the INL Wholesale Price List. However the wholesaler is able to sell at an increased selling price. INL clients agree that they will not sell the practitioner/clinical products on shop floor or online store. Failure to comply these sales policies may result in immediate suspension and disqualify of the account.
