How to Place Orders:

Orders can be placed by authorised account holders via:

Delivery:

Delivery will typically be fulfilled in Hong Kong and Kowloon within 48 hours, except on weekends or public holidays. "Third Party Pickup" within 3 hours of order is generally accepted - please bring a cheque. Orders placed before 12 pm may qualify for same-day delivery. "Add-On" orders may delay the dispatch time. Overseas orders within Asia are considered case-by-case, with extra fees for overseas shipping. We aim to keep sufficient stock of all items in our catalogue and on our website, www.inl.asia. Occasionally, this is not possible, and we will do our best to supply the remaining order within 2 weeks, free of any delivery charges.

Payment Terms

INL’s payment terms for all customers is: Payment on Delivery. INL accepts cheques and direct bank transfer/deposit. Cheque payments must be prepared and ready upon delivery, and direct bank transfer/deposit payments must be pre-paid before delivery. Payment methods via credit card or other payment platforms should be declared at order placement, as additional fees may be applied. Applications for payment terms other than those outlined above should be discussed with your appointed Account Manager and will be subject to authorisation from INL Accounting Management. Any such application may be subject to an evaluation period where the customer maintains the payment on delivery arrangement and extended terms may be granted based on a demonstration of regular, prompt payment during the evaluation period.

Overdue Accounts - Invoice Settlement

These are settled by direct deposit within 1 week of delivery. "Stop Supply" will apply until any outstanding invoice is settled. Failure to meet these terms may disqualify your account, at INL's sole discretion. INL reserves the right to take further action if the invoice is not settled within 1 month.

Discounts & Service Fees

To qualify for wholesale pricing and free of charge delivery, the minimum order value is HK$2,000. INL will provide reasonable prior notice of annual incremental wholesale pricing increases. Please note: INL reserves the right to change prices and discounts without prior notice.

Practitioner-Only Policy

INL distributes several "Practitioner Only" brands of nutritional supplements (we call these nutraceuticals). To obtain practitioner approval, please complete and provide copies of your qualifications on the online application form, which can be found at www.inl.asia or contact the INL sales team.

Privacy Policy:

We are careful to keep your credit card records secure in a safe or behind an electronic firewall. INL will not share any of your personal details with any other party; for example, for any third-party marketing purposes.

Backorders & Special Orders Policy

We may be able to order some non-stock items from our suppliers. Please consult with your designated INL Account Manager for special non-stock order arrangements, as a minimum order quantity may apply, and items may be reviewed to check for regulatory compliance before order confirmation. There will usually be a 2 to 3-week delay in fulfilment. 

INL will not backorder stock if the supplier cannot provide stock to INL. If our supplier is out of stock, we will notify you before order confirmation, and you won't be charged.

Damaged Goods Policy

INL will consider reimbursement of faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods. INL must be advised of any damaged or incorrect items within 2 working days of delivery. 

If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents. It is recommended that you photograph the box on arrival, and send a digital copy to order@inl.asia as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. INL will not accept return after 3 working days. 

It is the customer's responsibility to repack stock and return it to our courier service.

INL guarantees the quality of all its products. After an evaluation from our representative, we may accept returns due to quality-related issues. Once a return authorisation is given, the product must be returned within 10 business days.

Due to Quality Assurance requirements, we do not accept returns directly from patients, nor on refrigerated products (flax oil and probiotics).

INL will ensure that products have a minimum expiry of 6 months. We apologise in advance that we cannot provide a return credit or refund for expired products.

Sales & Pricing Policy

INL clients agree they will not sell products below the minimum suggested retail price (MSRP) outlined on the INL Wholesale Price List. However, the wholesaler is able to sell at an increased selling price. 

INL clients agree that they will not sell the practitioner/clinical products in a retail capacity, such as on a shop floor or online store.

INL clients agree they will not sub-wholesale INL products in Hong Kong and other regions.

Failure to comply with these sales policies may result in immediate suspension and disqualification of the account.
